Welcome Class of 2028! Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº State Greets Freshman Class With Raucous Rally
Rally towels, strobe lights and the Marching Golden Flashes added to the celebration on Aug. 16, when Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº welcomed its Class of 2028 with a rocking pep rally at the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center.

Fulbright Scholars at Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº State for American Higher Education Immersion
For the past month, Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº has hosted 37 international graduate students as part of the Fulbright Pre-Academic Program, a monthlong immersion in American higher education and culture. The group, from 26 countries, arrived on the Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº Campus on July 21 and was scheduled to depart on Aug. 17 to begin their graduate programs at universities throughout the country.

Most people know the Palace of Versailles as a popular French tourist destination. For Marcello Fantoni, Ph.D., Â鶹ӰԺ’s vice president for global education, Versailles is where he serves on the Scientific Committee of its Research Center, helping to shepherd art history research on a global scale.

Working Toward the Olympics – and a Graduate Degree at Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº State
In May, student-athlete Gabby Bailey completed her master's degree at Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº State while also pursuing her dream of competing in the Olympics with support from her coach and Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº State Athletics.
