Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº State Celebrates Homecoming

On Saturday, Sept. 21, the Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº fight song blared down Main Street, the city of Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº was flooded with blue and gold, alumni and friends gathered and reminisced about their Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº State days, fans packed the stadium to cheer on their beloved Golden Flashes and the entire campus boomed with Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº State pride.

New Students Move Into Residence Halls With Help From Movers and Groovers

More than 1,000 volunteers from the Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº community welcomed and assisted new students as they moved into their residence halls on freshman move-in day, Sunday, Aug. 18. The annual community program, known as Movers and Groovers, is coordinated by Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº Interhall Council, the student government of the Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº Campus residence halls.

Talk Show Host and Former Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº State Student Steve Harvey Pays It Forward

Steve Harvey, producer, actor, author and former Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº student, is paying it forward by awarding eight of Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº State’s incoming freshmen with scholarships that will cover the total cost of attendance for each student.
